This is a 2-day intensive, hands-on professional training created for artists who want to understand the technique — not simply copy the movements of another artist.
You will learn how to analyze each client’s lips, understand color, adapt your technique and make confident professional decisions throughout the procedure.
The goal is not to give you one formula for every client. The goal is to teach you how to think like an artist.
This is a 2-day professional Lip PMU training: two days of theory, demonstration, and hands-on practice, ending with a Certificate of Completion. The 6-month supervised apprenticeship is a separate pathway for eligible artists who need to meet applicable experience requirements in Clark County, Nevada.

Every pair of lips is different. There is no universal color, number of passes or technique that works exactly the same for every client.
Maryna’s approach teaches artists to analyze the lips first, make a professional decision, adapt the technique to the individual client, perform the procedure with control and evaluate the result.
Don’t teach a formula. Teach the artist to read the lips. This is the key philosophy of the program.

Why the 6-month apprenticeship?
In Clark County, Nevada, artists who do not already have the required six months of documented body art experience or training must complete a minimum six-month apprenticeship at an establishment permitted by the Southern Nevada Health District under a mentor who holds a Body Art Mentor Card.
Because body art regulations can vary by state, county and local health authority, this extended pathway is especially relevant for artists who plan to practice in Nevada and need continued supervised training as part of their professional development and licensing pathway.
Please note: requirements are not the same in every state or jurisdiction. The 6-month apprenticeship is not automatically required for every artist in every state.

Clark County, Nevada students: our 6-month supervised apprenticeship is designed for eligible apprentices working toward a Southern Nevada Health District Body Art Card. The apprenticeship begins after the required Body Art Apprentice Card has been issued and concludes with Form 2B — Body Art Experience Verification.
Your Training Doesn’t Have to End After Two Days
Two days can give you the foundation. Six months give you the opportunity to develop it.
After the initial training, eligible students can continue working with Maryna through the 6-Month Supervised Apprenticeship.
The focus is on applying what you learned to real clients, reviewing your work, understanding difficult cases and developing stronger professional judgment over time.

Maryna B. Turner is a Lip PMU Artist, Mentor and Educator based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Her approach to education is built around one principle: don’t teach a formula, teach the artist to read the lips.
Maryna focuses on natural-looking healed results, color understanding, controlled technique and professional decision-making. Her goal as an educator is not to create artists who copy her work — it is to help artists understand what they are seeing, why they are making a decision and how to adapt their technique to the individual client.

Because this training includes hands-on practice with a live model, students must complete Bloodborne Pathogens training before participating in live-model practice.

Students can choose to continue their development through the 6-Month Supervised Apprenticeship.
