Work starts no earlier than six months after the last surgery and only once the surgeon confirms the area is ready. Every patient begins with a free 30-minute consultation, and no referral arrangements or fees are involved.
What Is Offered
3D Areola Restoration
- Paramedical tattooing that recreates the look of a natural areola and nipple after mastectomy or reconstruction, using shading and custom colour matching.
- Sessions run 2.5–4 hours depending on whether one or both areolas are treated; pricing $749–$899, with the exact quote set at the required consultation.
- Correction session planned at 8–12 weeks; colour typically renewed after about 2–5 years.
Areola Pigment Enhancement
- A softer treatment for light, faded or uneven areolas where the goal is a colour refresh and better symmetry rather than full restoration.
- Two to three hours: assessment of natural colour and symmetry, shade matching, numbing and layered pigment. $489.
- Most clients see 1–3 years before a refresh.
Scar and Stretch Mark Camouflage
- Custom skin-toned pigment blended into a mature scar or stretch mark so it contrasts less with the surrounding skin. It changes colour, not texture.
- Patch test first, then 2–3 sessions on average, 2–5 hours each, spaced 6–8 weeks apart. From $299 to $1,189 depending on the size and number of areas.
- Chest scars after top surgery are treated on the same terms as any surgical scar.
Timing and Suitability
Areola work
- No earlier than 6 months after the last breast or nipple surgery or reconstruction, and only once the surgeon confirms the area is ready.
- Where scars are still changing, expect 9–12 months.
- Medical clearance is requested where there is reason to: after complications, radiotherapy, difficult healing, or any doubt about whether the tissue is ready.
Scars
- Mature, fully healed, stable and lighter than the surrounding skin — usually 6–12 months after surgery, though the condition of the tissue matters more than the date.
- Not treated: keloid scars; red or bright pink scars; pronounced raised or thickened scars; scars still crusting; scars darker than the skin, including hyperpigmentation.
- Where texture stands out, a pass without pigment may come first to soften the scar.
Stretch marks and preparation
- Mature and stable marks only; fresh red or purple marks need to finish maturing first.
- No scar creams, silicone gels or retinoids for 14 days before an appointment.
- Treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and every client must be at least 18.

The patient books a consultation
Thirty minutes at no charge, virtual or in person at the Las Vegas studio. Suitability, timing and the exact quote are decided there — nothing is booked blind.
You confirm the area is ready
For areola work the studio needs the surgeon’s confirmation that the tissue is ready. Formal clearance is asked for only where there is a specific reason.
Camouflage starts with a patch test
About two centimetres, then a four-to-eight-week wait. The full area is planned only once the healed test has been judged with the patient.
Work in a private setting
Treatments are performed in a private, professional setting. The artist holds a Nevada Body Art Card and a Mentor Body Art licence, both issued through the Southern Nevada Health District.
- Sensation is often reduced after a mastectomy because nerves were removed; where it remains, clients describe pressure, tingling or light scratching, and the same numbing used for lip and brow work is applied.
- Visible healing takes 7–14 days; the area is kept clean and dry, with no pressure or friction.
- Final results are evaluated only after full healing, at 8–12 weeks for areola work.
- Signs of infection, increasing pain, fever or an allergic reaction are referred back for medical attention.
