Lip PMU Model Application
Apply to become a model for our professional Lip PMU training.
Receive a Lip Blush or Dark Lip Neutralization procedure at a special model rate, performed by a PMU student under the direct supervision of Maryna B. Turner.
Model fee: $150
Model Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be comfortable receiving a PMU procedure from a student under direct supervision.
- Must provide clear photos of the lips.
- Must disclose relevant medical, medication and previous PMU information.
- Must follow pre-care and aftercare instructions.
- Must arrive on time for the scheduled appointment.
- Must be available for the full training appointment, which may take longer than a standard PMU appointment.
- Must be comfortable with a professional training environment.
- Model selection is subject to approval.
$150
Once your model application is approved, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit is applied toward the $150 model fee. The remaining $100 balance is due on the day of the procedure.
The $50 deposit is non-refundable and is forfeited in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
The procedure is performed by a PMU student under the direct supervision of Maryna B. Turner as part of the professional Lip PMU training.

Submitting this application does not guarantee model approval or an appointment. All applications are reviewed individually. Final eligibility is determined by the supervising professional based on the information provided, photos and the condition of the lips at the time of evaluation.
