3D Nipple & Areola Restoration in Henderson / Las Vegas
Realistic, dimensional areola restoration after breast surgery — custom pigment matching and careful artistry to recreate a natural, lifelike appearance.
3D areola restoration is paramedical tattooing that recreates the look of a natural areola and nipple after mastectomy or reconstruction, using shading and custom color matching. At our Las Vegas studio, serving Henderson, a session runs 2.5–4 hours and costs $749–$899. Work begins no earlier than six months after your last surgery, with your surgeon’s confirmation.
Restoration work of this kind is not offered everywhere in the state, so some clients come to Las Vegas from further afield in Nevada. Appointments are arranged individually and the timing is agreed at consultation.

When This Is Not the Right Treatment
Restoration works on tissue that has finished changing. Where it has not, the honest answer is to wait or to decline — a result placed on skin that is still settling will not hold. These are the cases turned away here, so nobody spends a consultation finding out.
Too soon after surgery
- No earlier than 6 months after the last breast or nipple surgery or reconstruction, and only once your surgeon confirms the area is ready.
- Where scars are still changing, the wait is longer — often 9 to 12 months.
- Timing is confirmed at the consultation, not booked in advance.
Scar types not treated
- Keloid scars.
- Red or bright pink scars.
- Pronounced raised or thickened scars.
- Fresh scars still crusting or unhealed.
- Dark scars and hyperpigmentation are not treated here either.
A patch test comes first
- Every paramedical service starts with a patch test on a small area of about two centimetres.
- You then leave it four to eight weeks so the healed result can be judged together.
- The full session is booked only after that, and a $50 reservation deposit goes toward the total.

Not as a rule. It may be requested where there is reason to — after complications, radiotherapy, difficult healing, or if there is any doubt about whether the tissue is ready.
Between 2.5 and 4 hours, depending on whether one or both areolas are treated.
Often less than you expect, and for a plain reason: nerves are removed during a mastectomy, so many clients have no sensation in the area at all. Others keep it in patches. Where sensation remains, clients describe pressure, tingling or light scratching, and the same lidocaine and numbing creams used for lip and brow work are used here.

7–14 days of visible healing, then 8–12 weeks before the result is complete. The correction session is planned for that same 8–12 week point.
Pricing runs $749–$899. A session takes 2.5–4 hours depending on whether one or both areolas are treated, and your exact quote — along with the right timing after surgery — is set at the required consultation.
Dimensional shading and custom color matching create a lifelike, natural appearance tailored to you. Colour typically needs renewing after about 2–5 years, though retention differs from person to person.
