MB Beauty provides permanent makeup and beauty services by appointment. Descriptions, availability, and pricing are as shown at the time of booking and may change.

2. Appointments & booking

Appointments are booked through our website. You agree to provide accurate information and to arrive on time. We may decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.

3. Deposits, payments & fees

A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment, as disclosed at booking. Deposits and payments are processed securely by our payment processor (Stripe). Any deposit, balance, and refund terms are those presented to you at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations, rescheduling & no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so within the notice window shown at booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit a deposit or incur a fee, as disclosed at booking.

5. Text messages (SMS)

What you’re signing up for. Appointment-related text messages — confirmations, reminders, reschedule and cancellation notices, and appointment-confirmation requests. These are transactional messages, not marketing.

When you provide your mobile number and check the SMS consent box at booking, you consent to receive automated appointment-related text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of booking an appointment.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for assistance.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
